All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. We do our best to ship orders in a timely manner. If you need your order faster, or have any questions about our shipping policies, please contact us.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through chromaink.com, and may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, we will issue you a refund.

EU Countries: At the moment, CHROMA INK is only available in the United States and non-EU countries.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
